Research has shown that the modern lifestyle is proving to be disastrous for the physical health of any human being . Due to extreme work load and office timing it is almost impossible to sleep for the required time, and the research shown that lack of sleep can cause various diseases.

During the research it was revealed that disturbance in the awakening and sleeping circle can increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

According  the research, in the current era , Social activities and job requirements and timings make people more active at night and as a result it affects their sleeping time.

Prolonged sleep deprivation can have negative effects on the functions of the blood vessels which leads to heart diseases.

During the study , volunteers were divided in to two groups and allowed to sleep 5 hours daily for 8 hours.

The results showed increase in the heart rate during the day , while stress hormone levels also increased in both groups which led to high blood pressure in them.

According to breast surgeon professor  keifa mokbel of prince's grace Hospital london, Research has revealed that woman who dye hair more than six times a year are more likely to develop breast cancer . Breast cancer patients who breastfeed are 14% more likely to develop breast cancer risk. in contrast, women who use dyes made from henna and natural ingredients are completely safe from this deadly disease and have no adverse effects  on  the health of hairs.

Surgeon professors recommend using natural prescriptions for dyeing hair, and use minimalist use of chemeicals . dyeing hairs only 2 to 6 times a day can reduce the chances of cancer.

Professor cafe says hair dyeing and breast cancer are interrelated, requiring further research to clarify the consequences of hair dressing.

She added that the use of henna,herbal and natural ingredients to dye the hair is useful and has no harm.

This was revealed in a Uk medical study.

Imperial college london research found that soft drinks, weather made from sugar or artificial sweeteners  can increase the risk of death from various diseases in the people.

in this study after reviewing more than 4 million people in 10 european countries , it was concluded that drinking 2 or more glasses of these drinks increases the risk of death for any reason.

Researchers discovered that artificial sweetener drinks and blood circulation disorders are linked to early deaths, while soft drinks from sugar increase the risk of death from digestive disorders.

The research began in 1992 , during which people's eating habit were examined until 2000, and 16 years later the health of those volunteers were examined once again.

Researchers said that this research reinforces the evidence that there is a link between soft drinks and deaths from cardiovascular or stroke diseases.

Researcher said that the relationship between this is very complicated and could not e accidentally, we discovered that overuse of these drinks increases the risk of deaths for various reasons.
That doesn't just mean premature death, but more" ingredients can be hidden behind them, such as those who drink more soft drinks have poor nutritional habits and physical weight" he said that the persons are more likely to be get addicted to smoking too.

The results of this research were published in the journal of internal medicine.

British expert have urged parents around the world to pay special attention to their children's diet and to prevent them from eating fries , chips and similar items at an early age.

Experts issued the directive when doctors found out that a young man in Uk had simply lost his eye sight because of eating fries and other things like chips at an early age.

British newspaper the telegrapgh  Reported that experts believe, this is the first human being who lost eye sight because of eating fries ,chips , fringles and susajes for years.

According to the reports, the young man who lost his eyesight is 17 years old and started eating fries , chips and other things after the age of 10 years.

The report states that by the age of 14, the young man had been found to have deficiency of vitamin b12, including bone minerals and various other vitamins.

Although the young man also used food supplements to gain the required proteins and vitamins deficiency, but it did not help the young man.

The young man's physical condition had deteriorated due to not eating fruits and vegetables for many years from an early age, and he could walk properly and started losing vision because of lack of the vitamins and proteins.

Each passing day , the young man's condition start getting worst. after that the young man was taken to an eye hospital due to his medical condition , where during treatment he lost his vision completely.

After the teen's medical condition , experts and doctors issued parental guidelines saying that parents should take special care of their children's diet, and they should understand that that healthy food such as vegetables and fruits are good for health , not chips , fries or vitamin's medicines.

Experts gave parents a clear message that food supplements , such as vitamin and protein medicines are only useful when the affected person has some strength and vitamins.

Experts point that eating fruits and vegetables are more healthier and helpful than eating fries , chips , or taking vitamin medicines. Parents should start give vegetables and fruits to their children  at an early age.
