Arch rivals India, Pakistan to lock horn in Asia Cup today

The eternal rivals India and Pakistan will take centre stage in the Group A encounter of Asia Cup 2023 on Saturday at the Pallekele Cricket Stadium. The India vs Pakistan clash in the Asia Cup is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated and intense matchups in cricket. The historical rivalry between these two cricketing giants adds an extra layer of excitement to the tournament. 

Whenever both teams have clashed, fans have been kept at the edge of their seats and one can expect the same in the upcoming encounter. India are studded with matchwinners and they would look to put up a complete performance on Saturday. However, they would count on veteran players such as captain Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli to do the heavy lifting with the bat in the high-voltage game. India and Pakistan have battled it out on the cricket field on 132 occasions in One-Day Internationals and the Men in Blue have stood tall on 55 occasions. Pakistan on the other hand, have won 73 times in the 50-over format.

The contest between Rohit Sharma and Shaheen Afridi would be one of the most enthralling battles in the marquee clash. Rohit Sharma is known to struggle against leftarm pacers and Shaheen Afridi has also dismissed the Indian skipper on a number of occasions in white-ball cricket. It will be interesting to see who comes out on top this time around.

Pakistan captain Babar Azam is confident and said they are prepared for the ‘high intensity’ match against arch-rival India.

Pakistan sealed an outstanding 238-run win against Nepal in the Asia Cup opener as skipper Babar smashed a 131-ball 151 for his 19th ODI hundred while Ifthikhar Ahmed scored an unbeaten 109 in 71 balls.

Then, Shadab Khan picked up four wickets and pace duo Haris Rauf and Shaheen Shah Afridi each took two wickets to skittle out Nepal on 104 runs.

After the match, Babar said he was satisfied with the match result and it was a good preparation for the side ahead of the big clash against India.

“This game was good preparation for the India game because it gave us confidence.

India-Pakistan will always bring high intensity.

We want to give 100% in every match, hope to do that there as well,” said Babar.

Pakistan will now fly to Pallekelle for the second group-stage match and Babar also lauded batter Ifthikar for his splendid performance.

“Iftikhar also played a great innings when he came on.

When he came in, I told him to play his natural game and he was comfortable after hitting two or three boundaries,” he added.

Instagram's New App Is Now Available To Users

Instagram has introduced a new Camera First app thread , Which aims to share content with Close friends . This app is another step of instagram against its rival app Snap Chat.

In a blog post on thursday, Facebook Owned instagram said that this app is a new and unique place for close friends.

In a user threads , he or she will be able to share messages , Photos ,Videos and storage data with a specific list of friends instead of sharing that content with everyone.

The app also offers status or auto status support, which lets friends know where you are right now . At home? , and the process will be automated which doesn't require any manual process.

Users will be able to share location , speed and battery life with their close friends , while text messages ,photos, and video messages are also available.

This app has been introduced when instagram announced the deletion of its messaging app directory in may which has been in operation in 2017.

The company said that beta testers did not want to go to another app from instagram to send the messages , but the company still showed interest in developing a new messaging app.

The company believes that a messaging app that is used only to connect with close friends will prove to be more popular, while also forcing its users to spend more time inside the app than snapchat.

Facebook and instagram have been trying to decrease the popularity of snapchat for many years and is another attempt to end the anti-thread app.

Like snapchat, threads will automatically send updates to the close friends list.

Google's New Tool Helps Keep Your Password Secure From Hacking

Youtube video experiment led girl to death

What is shown on youtube does not necessarily mean that everyone can do the same . in fact many time those efforts can be proved fatal.

In china, a teenage girl lost her life as she tried to make pop corns , inspired from video of a famous chinese youtube star.

In august, 14 years old zizi and 13 years old zhao from shang dhong province,tried to copy a youtube video of cooking star miss Yi, they had to make popcorn in a soda can using alcohol for that purpose, But the lamp explodes.

According to BBC the girls were heating alcohol inside the soda can when it exploded.

in the accident , zee's body was burned 96 percent and due to these much injuries she died on 5september, while the other girl suffered 13 percent burns and will now need cosmetic surgery.

Youtube star miss yi, whose real name is zhao shiu, told the chinese social media site weibo on september 10 that the girls were not copying her procedure.

zee was trying to copy someone else's video and not mine ' she said, Those were the darkest days of my life'.
She wrote ' I prayed for zizi many times but my prayers were not accepted and now my heart is broken'.

She said the she will pay to Zizi's family while also pay for the zhao's cosmetic surgery.

The origional video posted by miss Yihas been deleted ut has been reposted by other people.

According to miss yi in the origional video people were warned.

Facebook Live Is Now Available On The Facebook Lite App

The feature of facebook live has now been introduced in facebook lite app.

During the international broadcasting convention in amsterdam, it was announced by the company that now users using facebook Live will also have access to people who do not have more expensive phones or better mobile network connections.

During the convention, Facebook also announced some others new features for the live and watch party as creators can now reshare live broadcasts.

Similarly, Publishers will be able to cut footage at the beginning or end of the video to make it easier to get rid of any errors.

According to facebook, If the publishers wishes to broadcast events such as sports matches or more for a longer period of tie. This would be possible and now the live video duration has been extended to 8 hours, which was 4 hours before.

The company is also expanding its ability to monitor page views of pages, and beyond capturing new features, Auto caption is being offered in 13 new languages for the Creators studio, while also on instagram posts the ability to schedule upto 6 months is giving.

It is revealed that facebook is working on a secret plan to eliminate smartphones.

CNBC reports that facebook is working on smart glasses that will gradually replace smartphones.
For this Purpose, Facebook has partnered with Ray ban's parent company luxottica to create good frames that people like to wear.

it should be noted that google has also partnered with the same company for its smart glasses to create good frames in a fashionable design but failed.

According to the report , the code of smart glasses equipped with facebook's augmented reality technology has been kept semi-orion . after wearing this a graphic display will appear in front of the consumer,while using this technology the user can place calls , live stream and will be able to do more with facebook's Power Ai.

Facebook has been working on this project in the facebook's reality Lab in washington for years, and the company's plan is to introduce this technology in year 2023 or 2025.

Well, This is not the first time that facebook has announced plans to eliminate smartphones.
In April 2017 , Michael Abrish, Cheif scientist at facebook company oculus research, claimed that within 5 years AR-Technology based glasses would replace smartphones and become an everyday computing device.

He said that these Glasses equipped with future technology would be similar to those of today's ordinary glasses, which would be light in weight, but would enhance the wearer's memory, instant translation of languages,and would stop voices and conversations moving to ears. it will tell you about the physical temperature of the baby at a glance.

According to michael abreish, these glasses will come out as a replacement for smartphones by 2022, and within twenty to thirty years from today we predict that everyone will prefer to wear these stylish sun glasses instead of carrying phones.

He said that within 5 years these glasses will be used everywhere and the use of smartphones will start to become less and less.

If you have a computer in your eyes, it will not only eliminate the use of TVs , but smartphones , smart watches , tablets, fitness trackers and other similar devices.

Similarly in 2016 , senior facebook official david marx also announced his intention to eliminate the mobile phone numbers.

He said that because of the growing popularity of messenger , there is no need of mobile phone numbers anymore.

He used to say, 'Think of how common sms flip phones were' but now we use messaging applications on our phones and also make phone calls and text messages with the help of those apps.

He believed that after the end of the mobile phones,better communication has fostered.

He added that through messenger we are facilitating text but people are also offering pictures, videos, voice clips, GIFs, Location , stickers and more. even money can be send through it. Video  and voice calls are possible on it and it doesn't require phone numbers.

Phone numbers of millions of facebook users are leaked online

Facebook ,the most used social media platform in the world has once again become security risk for the internet users because the mobile phone numbers of million of the people linked to facebook are leaked online.

According to a tech website Tech crunch report , million of the users whose phone numbers have leaked are from the united states, from the United Kingdom and more than 50 million are from the vitenam.

Acoording to the reports, the affected data was taken offline after the problem was identified.
The leaked data is what facebook collected through a tool, which was abondened a year ago due to the fall of the "cambridge analytica" company. with the use of this tool facebook collected personal data of its users without their permission.

it was revealed through a blog written in april 2019 that facebook users can find anyone by phone numbers.

Facebook cheif technology officer, mike skraffer says that , the stylized elements also used this feature to to find people through their phone numbers and emails and retrive their data.

He added that we believe that this feature will have the personal data of a large number of users using facebook, so we are now turning off this feature.

Facebook spokesperson quoted it as saying that it is old data that was leaked a year ago before the feature changed, Now the data has been protected and we have no evidence of any compromise regarding the data.

A social media web spokesperson says investigations in to the data leak have also been launched.

China's richest man is ready to retire at the success peek of his $460 billion company and start teaching again. 

Alibaba's chairman jack ma is leaving his company on tuesday which he announced in september last year.

on september 10 jack ma will turn 55 , and A farewell event is being held for jack ma by alibaba in the hangzhou olympic sports center to say goodbye to him,where his companier daniel zhang will officialy take over the company.

During a tech conference in may this year, alibaba's chairman had said he would become a teacher once he retired in september. at the conference he said he would leave his position on september 10 ,the company's 20th anniversary.

Jack ma currently owns $ 41.7 billion and is the 20th richest person in the world, but there was a time when his monthly income was almost none.

After graduating in 1998 , jack ma worked as an english teacher at a university in his native hangzhou, where his monthly salary was $12 .

During the conference in may , he said he decide to teachagain because he loves teaching activities.
he said that he wants to spend the money he has earned  from alibaba company  on the education and reform of education in china , instead of giving it to to banks or investors.

according to jack ma he still considers himself young and wants to spend the next 15 years of his life in the education sector.

At the conference he said , he was not proud of the fact that he founded alibaba but was proud of the company's overcoming the mistakes and challenges over the last 20 years.

He said that when you do business you should be worried about rivals, do not worry about mistakes , do not afraid of challenges, just go ahead. do not just sit and cry , because tears can't solve problems.
Earlier during an interview ,he said that he was happier when his income was low and he described his struggle as the best part of his life.

He says when you don't have much money you know how to spend your income,but when you become a billionaire,the responsibilities increases.

In simple words jack ma calls it a burden to be a billionaire , when you make billion dollars , it is not your wealth, My income is a responsibility for me it is the trust of the people.

in his various interviews he has said that when you make $1 million , you are lucky but when that money reaches to 10 million dollars you are in trouble.

Huwaei Accuses US of Cyber attacks

Chinese company huwaei has accused the us government of interfering with its networks and harassing employees.

The allegations will prove to be a new factor in the escalation of the ongoing dispute between the united states and huwaei because US officials believe that  the chinese government is using the company for espionage, while it is repeatedly denied by the huwaei company.

In a statement released this week , huwaei said ' the us government is trying to influence the normal business operations of huawei and its partners by using illegal judicial and administrative powers.
similar charges have been made by the company in the past, but this time there are some new things to say, such as the Us trying to hack into the company's internal information systems.The statement did not provide further details such as the extent to which these attacks were successful.
huwaei claims that company employees are being harassed by law enforcement agencies and their homes are being raided.

The statement were released last week in a report by the wall street journal that the us department of justice is investigating allegations of theft of smartphone camera patents on the company.
The company denied the allegations in the statement, it may be called that Us president donald trump blacklisted huwaei in an executive order in may this year and ordered american companies to cut the business ties with huwaei.

However , in full suspension of the ban the chinese company was issued a temporary license for 90 days, giving huawei an opportunity to update their android phones.
The temporary license expired on august 19, but Us commerce secretary wilbur russo once again spoke to fox business and announced the issuance of temporary license for 90 days which expires on november 19.

Us sanctions for huwaei are causing various problems as several large technology companies have cut their ties with huwaei company,limiting its access to key softwares and components.

A google spokeswoman last week said that a temporary license to release huwaei's Us sanctions would not apply to the company's new products and could potentially results of can't use android operating systems such as  google playstore, google apps  and licenses in the mate 30 series.
Google later explained that huwaei will be able to use android as it is open source operating system, but even then it may not be licensed google apps.
